Service Cancelation & No-Show Policy

Credit/debit card information is required to book appointments with a total over $50...or for all of your appointments if you haven't shown up for a previous appointment that you were scheduled for and didn't contact us.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. If you do not show up and have not contacted us, we will charge your card for 50% of your service(s) total.

This policy was made necessary due to the amount of no-show's we have had and the many times we have had to turn away potential clients who could have taken their place.  Thank you for understanding!
