Return Policy

You must have your receipt present to receive a refund, and it must be within 30 days of the original transaction. 

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and have price tags still attached to receive a refund.

 

If all of the above apply, you will get a refund in the tender-type in which your items were purchased – cash, debit, credit, or gift certificate.  If all of the above do not apply and you still qualify for an exchange, you will get store credit.

 

All sales are final for underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, and socks.  Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.  If you made a purchase with a gift certificate and want to return the item, you may exchange for a different item or a replacement gift certificate.

When returning through the mail, contact us first to verify if you are eligible for a refund.  If we approve your refund, send a copy of your receipt with the item(s).
